Black Tar Roads
This project will have all black tar roads. This enhances the ambience and provides a truly dust free environment with planned underground pipelines, sewerage and electrical lines.
The two main approach roads will be 30 feet wide. All other roads will be 20 feet wide.
Electricity Connection
All plots will be given 220V domectic LT electric connection to the main meter box. It will be a single phase connection. Connections will be provided by the local electricity board.
It is to be noted that this is a residential township and hence no industrial or HT connections will be provided.
Water Supply
Water supply connection will be provided to every plot. This will be purified water. Supply will be from the panchayat or municipal supply.
All water pipes will be laid underground and quality of the pipes will be as per industry standard.
Drainage & Sanitation
To ensure hygiene, all drainage pipes will be underground. The pipes will run from every plot. This will ensure proper sanitation preventing contamination of the main water supply lines.
Moreover, water logging will also be prevented as the slope of the pipes will be as per the water flow slope.
Secured Township
It will be a gated township with security guards and CCTV cover monitoring people and vehicles coming in and leaving the township.
Living in a space which is secured, gives peace of mind. Provision will be kept for upgrading to install a boom barrier, if requied, with automatic vehicle number plate reading system.
Playground
To promote sports, a large football ground will be provided inside the project complex. This encourages youngsters to engage in physical activities and promotes competitive sports.
The size of the ground will be at par with a general football ground promoting cricket, football, hockey and the like.
Lakes
Lakes in a residential complex serve to control temperature as well as facilitate other activities such as swimming, boating, religious ceremonies, walking tracks around etc.
Presence of water bodies also bring a psychological calmness and the lake sides are a very good passtime.
Community Center
The township will have a Community Center where all celebrations, religious festivals and social get- togethers can be accommodated besides personal occasions like marriages, birthdays, etc.
Cultural programmes being organised, will not be dependent on outside auditoriums.
Street Lighting
Lighting of all the township roads have become a basic necessity. This ensures safety, both for the residents as well as for vehicles plying, especially at night.
Light poles will have LED lamps on one side for 20 feet roads and double sided lamps for 30 feet roads.
Swimming Pool
A swimming pool in the complex will promote this physical exercise and encourage youngsters to pursue this sporting activity. This knowledge can also prove to be a life saver.
It will have dual depth for children and grown ups. Internal tank cleaning provison will be kept.
Kids' Play Area
This portion will house all types of games for kids like swing, slide, see-saw, rope-walk, small merry go round, shallow water boat, air baloon, etc.
It will also act as a meeting point of the senior citizens who can spend their time watching the kids play.
Badminton Court
This a very important game for both youngsters and the elderly. Helps keey the body fit without putting enormous physical strain. Doctors highly recommend this exercise.
Night lighting will be provided for games to continue after sunset also.
Fully Equipped Gym
A fully equipped indoor gym will enable complete physical fitness at any time in the day and in any season also. All exercising modules will be available.
This gym will also serve a dual purpose of a meeting point for the members.
Shopping Mall
This has become un utter necessity for a township. The residents will not be required to go ourside for their daily necessities as everything will be available there itself.
This mall will generate revenue for running the other facilities of the township. Goods will be available cheaper too.
School
A CBSE / ICSE School within the premises will be a big boon for the residents. Taking the children to and fetching them from school will be negated.
An educational institution within the premises will greatly develop the image of the township.
Medical Center
A medical center to cater to emergencies is a boon for a township. 24 Hours resident doctors will be present with a pharmacy also storing basic necessity medicines and equipment.
Plans are underway for the presence of an ambulance 24 hours on duty to shift emergency patients to bigger hospitals.
